SHIPPING:

Orders submitted will be processed within 24-72 hours of when the order was received. Orders are only shipped once payment is confirmed (orders placed Monday through Friday, please allow 24-72 hours for payment to be confirmed. Orders placed Saturday & Sunday, please allow 48-72 hours for payment confirmation.)

Ground shipping can take anywhere from 2-8 business days from the date your order was placed depending on location. For earlier delivery, please check the 2nd Day or Next Day options or click here to contact us for more information. We reserve the right to ship with any carrier of our choice to insure the order is delivered with the proper care.

All orders are shipped within 24-72 hours after order has been placed, via UPS OR USPS.  Once the order is in transit - it is the carriers responsibility to ensure delivery, Rubber Ducky does not assume responsibility for misrouted nor misdelivered packages, at anytime.  
 
During the busy Holiday season, please allow 7-10 business days for any of your orders to be delivered.  It is highly recommended you place your orders at minimum a week before expected delivery. Overnight shipping is provided with an additional cost.
